Olympus is a beachfront Rum Point estate with dramatic architecture, elevated views, and private ocean access. Nearly every room enjoys ocean views, and the expansive living area features 40 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass.

White sand and manicured landscaping border the villa’s L-shaped pool and sundeck. Tiled patios sit on either side of the pool, and the house’s unique design creates shaded areas all over the deck. On the main level, there are two balconies on either side of the villa. The west terrace is furnished for lounging, sipping coffee, and relaxing. The east terrace is designed for cocktail hours, yoga flows, and entertaining large groups. Exterior stairs lead down to the pool deck, and glass railed stairs lead up to the rooftop deck. This level holds a private sundeck, an open garden, a covered kitchen, and an al fresco dining area. The covered kitchen is outfitted with a propane grill and a prep area, while the dining table seats 10 people. The 360º panorama encapsulates amazing sunrise and sunset views. Two tandem kayaks are included in the rental, and discreet lighting illuminates the beach and garden.

Sliding glass doors stretch across 40 feet of the villa and are integrated with a state of the art air-conditioning system, so the house can fully open to the pool deck. Every room enjoys ocean views, and sleek finishes add a modern touch to each space. The expansive, open-concept living room features a flatscreen HDTV with a full entertainment system, and a cozy library nook sits on the opposite side. A plush, leather sectional faces the TV, and the adjacent dining area seats 10 guests. The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, built-in cabinets, marbled quartz countertops, the latest cookware, and a breakfast bar. A floating staircase and wood-paneled walls outfit the entryway. Olympus also has a media room with a sofa bed, a home office, and a laundry room. A propane Rinnai water heater and a home security system outfit the villa. Midweek light housekeeping is included.

Four bedrooms are spread across two levels, and each has a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV with a SONOS sound bar, cable, Netflix, and Apple TV. On the first floor, there is a family suite with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the pool deck. Sliding glass doors draw in nonstop ocean views, and exterior stairs lead up to the entertainment balcony. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, a full sink, a kettle, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine. This suite also has its own air-conditioning. Upstairs, there are three more suites with ensuite bathrooms, terrace access, and privacy shades. The south king suite and the west queen suite both open to the west terrace. The north king suite enjoys access to both the west and east terraces, and there is also a sofa bed, a reading chair, a bathtub, and a shower.

Olympus sits beachfront within minutes of Rum Point Beach Club. Guests can easily reach restaurants, water sports, and a beach bar. Olympus guests are Platinum Level Members at Silver Thatch, which provides exclusive access to the fitness center, business center, and complimentary early check-in or late check-out. Guests can also enjoy a 10% advance booking discount for private Silver Thatch scuba and snorkel charters, twice-weekly light housekeeping, and $5,000 of accidental damage protection for the villa’s indoor items and decor. Platinum Members get access to a benefit card for exclusive discounts at restaurants, water sports, and local businesses. Parcels, Jacques Scott wine & spirits, groceries, two kayaks, baby equipment, Apple TVs, rollaway beds, and board games can all be delivered to the villa (fees apply). Fast-track VIP airport arrivals, private pick-ups, and transfers can also be arranged, although transport fees apply.
