Kempa Caribe is a luxurious, seven-bedroom villa on the southern coast of Grand Cayman. The opulent foyer with 50 foot ceilings, palm trees, and elegant lighting creates the ultimate backdrop for a lavish vacation.

Kempa Caribe borders a pristine, private beach with crystal clear waters and space to sunbathe. Lounge in the shade beneath the cabana, around the veranda, or on one of the balconies. Kempa Caribe’s pool has a unique design with a water slide, a wading area, and a series of grottoes beneath the veranda. A hot tub is hidden deep in the grottos, and hammocks hang between the trees. The 4,000 sq ft children’s playroom features a bouncy castle, swingset, slide, ball pit, seesaw, sofas, and bean bags to create a family-friendly oasis. The luxurious Great Room is split across three levels and features six chandeliers, two grand staircases, enormous plush sofas, dramatic woven ceilings, beautiful stone walls, Jerusalem Gold floors, enormous windows, and antiques from all around the world. The kitchen’s Miele ovens, microwave, coffee maker, steam oven, Subzero fridges, freezers, wine fridges, icemaker, Viking range, and Marvel kegerator will keep every chef happy. The elegant dining room seats 16 and is surrounded by antique urns, crystal chandeliers, and ocean views. The mahogany-panelled study features an alabaster chandelier and a Chinese rosewood desk with leather inserts. The elegant linen study features soft floral carpet, a custom-made Chinese rosewood desk, a hobby table, stools, easy chairs, and a glass chandelier.

Upstairs, there’s a lounge with a gaming system, ping pong, billiards, and snooker. An impressive Crestron Smart Home system controls the home’s audio system, Dish Network, cable TVs, music player, 400 multi-disk BluRay player, and home theatre with a 120” screen. There are five king suites, one queen suite, and one double queen suite. The bedrooms are spread across the upper two levels to offer peace and quiet while other guests rendezvous in the foyer.
