Amateras is a stunning, 1.5-acre estate with unparalleled views of Virgin Gorda. It’s hilltop location at Princess Quarters offers 360º views of both the sunrise and sunset over the Caribbean Sea and the Sir Francis Drake Channel.

The estate’s impressive facilities include the main house, two bungalows, a covered gazebo, a pool, and layers of decks with gorgeous views. Guests can cook out in the barbecue grill pavilion, take a swim in the resort-worthy pool, sunbathe on loungers, or use the villa’s snorkeling gear to explore Mahoe Bay. There are also several places to dine al fresco in the sun and shade, from the pool deck to the covered veranda. The main house at Amateras was designed to maximize the villa’s dramatic views through walls of French doors and high cathedral ceilings with soft lighting. The living room is outfitted with several seating areas, a flatscreen TV, and a full entertainment library of books, video games, and music. The state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large granite island with dining, and massive countertops wrapping the space. The formal dining area seats six guests around a glass-topped, stone table. The main house also has a loft with its own terrace, so there’s no shortage of space to relax. Each of the estate’s bungalows feature two master suites with king beds and two twin suites, which have two twin beds in each that can be converted into king beds. Each bungalow also has a kitchenette area with a small refrigerator and coffee machine. 

Amateras is the perfect villa for families or couples who want to be near the beach, restaurants, and shops without sacrificing tranquility. The Nail Bay Sports Club is just up the road, as well.
