Seaduced Villa is a gated villa at the Royal Westmoreland resort. Guests at this five-bedroom rental enjoy a full staff and proximity to Mullins Beach.

A wooden bridge and illuminated water feature greets guests at the entryway. The villa’s gorgeous exterior features a manicured lawn with pavers, several loungers with umbrellas, and a negative edge, 60-foot lap pool with inlaid loungers. Beneath the extended, covered veranda there are cushioned sofas and an al fresco dining set. The large terrace also features a wet bar and a grilling/teppanyaki station. Folding glass doors and a retractable screen stand on either side of an elegant lounge.

The villa encompasses 6,400 square feet over two levels. There’s an air-conditioned media room with sumptuous furnishings, and an elegant kitchen with marble backsplash and sleek countertops. The kitchen is equipped with a stone island, an extended dining bar, and a full pantry. There’s a home office where guests can work or study in peace. Each of the five bedrooms has a private terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Four bedrooms are on the upper level, including the master suite. The master suite features an illuminated digital mirror, a chic bathtub, a rain shower, and full-length bi-fold windows. There’s also a king suite and two queen suites. The lower level suite has a queen bed.

The villa’s carport can fit 2 cars and includes a keypad secure gated entrance. The villa is fully staffed with a housekeeper and a chef.
