Melissa Villa sits on the West Coast of St. James in a gated community within walking distance of the beach. It offers a three-bedroom Main House and a two-bedroom Cottage that are both fully independent and well-equipped.
The infinity pool sits in the middle of the patio, bordered by lush gardens and tall palm trees. A hammock perfect for afternoon naps is steps away, and there’s tons of loungers to sunbathe on. The sectional is the perfect place to relax in the shade, and the portico covers more dining and living areas. A wet bar sits open to the sunshine and tropical breeze, equipped with everything needed for drinks and cocktails. Guests can expect to be spoiled by the villa’s full staff, from a cook to a butler. Inside, the cozy living room and media room allows guests to relax in front of the flatscreen TV. The Main House’s three bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. There’s a king suite, queen suite, and an additional king suite that can be converted into a twin suite. The nearby Cottage is made of old coral stone and holds two bedrooms, a kitchen, and two patios. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds, and one can be converted into two twins. Each of the bedrooms have exterior access to the patio and an ensuite bathroom.
