Leamington Pavilion is an opulent beachfront villa set within two acres of lush, tropical gardens. This luxury villa is ideal for families or groups looking for privacy, pampering, and a wide selection of activities.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature hibiscus, bougainvillea, orchids, ixoras, and ornamental palms. The well-established trees provide ample shade, while whimsical bronze statues and a lily pond create inviting nooks for quiet moments to read, meditate, or listen to the waves. Leamington Pavilion enjoys over 200 feet of ocean frontage, and a vibrant coral reef is a short swim from shore. For those who prefer land-based activities, there’s a tennis court and small fitness room on property. Two poolside gazebos are topped by Barbadian Green Monkeys and illuminated by copper chandeliers. An extravagant outdoor living area overlooks the Grecian-inspired pool surrounded by lanterns and loungers. Cushioned wicker furnishings, chandeliers, and long dining tables sit beneath the pavilion, and ceiling fans assist the island breezes.
Designed by an English stage designer and architect, Oliver Messel, Leamington expertly merges the interior and exterior spaces to create an idyllic tropical setting. The villa is filled with European and Caribbean-inspired paintings, sculptures, and hand-painted furniture, as well as sculpted molding and coral stone archways. The formal dining room is decorated in the Rococo style and features classical statues framed by shells and coral. A marble dining table with an antiqued mirrored top seats 8, and folding doors open to the gardens for after-dinner cocktails. A butler, a world-class chef, two housekeepers, a laundress, a gardener, and a night watchman provide five-star service.
Each of Leamington’s air-conditioned bedrooms feature unique artwork, ample space, and an ensuite marble bathroom decorated with crystal chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling curtains, and luxurious linens. One bedroom is located in a wing off the main salon, and the other bedrooms are located in a more recently constructed wing. The master bedroom opens to a trellised sitting area with comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and flowering vines. All three suites feature king beds, private studies, and garden views.
Leamington Pavilion’s location near historic Speightstown and vibrant Holetown offers easy access to shopping, fine dining, beachfront cafes, and nightlife. Leamington Cottage, set just at the water’s edge, can be rented in conjunction with the main house for an additional bedroom. Golf enthusiasts can play the Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland, and Apes Hill courses, all within 20 minutes’ drive.
