Landfall is a luxury villa rental perched on the coast in St. James. This sprawling six-bedroom property rests on Sandy Lane Beach surrounded by lush gardens and ocean views.
A spacious dining gazebo with a BBQ grill sits within walking distance from the beach and the pool. The large swimming pool is shaded by tall palm trees and surrounded by loungers. A brick courtyard leads to the jacuzzi tub, hammock, and open-air lounge. Indoor bar and outdoor living area. Upstairs, there are wraparound balconies with lounging furniture and ocean views. The villa’s walled garden opens directly to the beach’s golden white sand and calm waters.
Sunlight, air-conditioning, WiFi, and a sound system run throughout the interior. The TV room is furnished with an oversized sectional, an entertainment system, a large mirror, and a breakfast nook. The bar also has a satellite TV and a docking station. Landfall is staffed with a butler, chef, housekeeper, gardener, and laundress. As another plus, you can keep up your fitness routine in the small gym equipped with a rowing machine, bike, and free weights.
The ground floor features two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One has a covered patio with a Jacuzzi, and one has a vast wardrobe. Upstairs, there are four ensuite bedrooms with lots of space and sunshine. Two of the bedrooms feature generous balconies, and one has an adjoining room and sitting area for a family with a young child. All six bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and TVs.
