Jasmine Villa is a three-bedroom townhouse in the exclusive Mullins Bay Development. The villa has a spacious design and classic antebellum architecture.
Mullins Bay is within walking distance of the villa, and guests have beach membership at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion. This half-mile of beachfront offers chaise lounges, non-motorized water sports, and turquoise waves. The Mullins Bay Community offers a gym, spa, and communal pool. Beautifully manicured gardens turn Jasmine’s backyard into a private oasis, and the rooftop deck offers ocean views. Loungers surround the private plunge pool, and the shaded dining terrace seats eight. French doors on the veranda open to the living room’s soothing color scheme and timeless decor. A flatscreen TV and library provide entertainment, and the plush couches face the garden view. Stainless steel appliances, a double farmhouse sink, and marble countertops add a modern touch to the kitchen. All three bedrooms are king suites, and each has exterior access, a terrace, and a bathroom with a shower. One opens to the veranda on the main level, and the other two are upstairs.
Jasmine Villa is maintained by a housekeeper, security guard, and manager. Mullins Bay is sandwiched between tranquil Gibbs Bay and bustling Speightstown, so guests can relax or party on their terms.

A Delightful Haven
Jasmine Villa, Barbados villa review
Jasmine Villa is a gem of a place. It’s private, just a short walk or short ride from the beach. The access to Fairmont Pavilion is an added bonus.
Rosie does a great job of making sure you are well taken care of. It’s certainly a place we would love to return to.
We had a very seamless and pleasant experience working with Andrew, who had good information to share.
