Illusion Villa at Sugar Hill is a resort villa in a gated community on the Platinum Coast. Contemporary amenities and an elegant design make this villa perfect for any luxury vacation.
Large, glass front doors lead to an uninterrupted ocean view and spill out onto the covered terrace. Dual staircases lead down to the pool area, which is an ideal place to lounge, swim, and relax. The pool deck has numerous loungers, a barbecue grill, and two gazebos outfitted with a Bose surround sound system. One gazebo has a kitchenette and the other has a dining table. There’s also a Huxley Putting Green on the lawn. The formal dining room sits to the left of the covered terrace. Three walls of folding glass doors open to the wraparound balcony, and its large glass table seats twelve.
The well-outfitted kitchen is right off the dining room. The kitchen is outfitted with two wine coolers, a number of stainless steel appliances, and a dumbwaiter connected to the pool-level dining area. A tastefully designed living room sits on the lower level, and is equipped with a large flatscreen TV with cable, a DVD player, Bose surround speakers, and a bar. There’s also a Mac desktop in the living room for guests’ use. Illusion has wheelchair access to the lower level via an elevator, and is staffed with a cook, laundress, housekeeper, and night guard.
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have covered terraces, ensuite bathrooms, and security safes. The bedrooms are equally proportioned, and three identical king suites are located on Illusion’s ground floor. The master suite is on the first floor and features a king bed, a living area, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and Bose surround speakers. The master suite also has a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.
The Sugar Hill Resort Community offers a number of amenities including a Clubhouse, a restaurant, two swimming pools, and four championship tennis courts. The resort is only a five-minute drive from its beach facility at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion.
