Onsite facilities include four tennis courts, a fitness center, a 2,000 sq. ft. infinity edge pool, a restaurant, and a bar. Sugar Hill also has its own infinity edge pool surrounded by a sundeck with loungers. On the balcony, guests can relax and dine al fresco. There is also a gas barbecue grill for outdoor cookouts. Travertine tile and central air-conditioning cool the villa’s open-concept interior, while cushioned furnishings and chic decor add elegance to every room. The dining and living area offer comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and French doors that open to the pool deck.
