Footprints Estate features luxury amenities, ultra-modern design, and a beachfront location on Alleynes Bay. The estate offers two separate villas with eight bedrooms total, as well as a full staff including a housekeeper, butler, and chef.
Footprints is a four-story, five-bedroom villa with 6,500 square feet of living space. A generous stretch of white sands and gentle waves stretch across the home’s perimeter, and manicured gardens add privacy without sacrificing convenience. The covered terrace provides shade to a dining table and wet bar, while the infinity-edge pool enjoys constant sunshine. Guests can dine al fresco with a view on the shaded balcony, which is cooled by ceiling fans and island breezes. The elegantly designed interior includes a home gym, a media room, a formal dining room, and a gourmet kitchen. A pristine, white color palette creates balance throughout the home, and the latest technology outfits each space. Each of the villa’s bedrooms enjoys a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and/or soaking tub. Three of the upper suites feature balconies with exterior access.

Each of Footprints Cottage’s three bedrooms enjoy exterior access, flatscreen TVs, and bathrooms. Two of the suites have king beds, and the third has two twin beds. One king suite shares a bathroom with the twin suite.
