Emerald Beach #3, also known as Ixoria, is one of six luxury villas located in an idyllic acre of landscaped gardens. This Gibbs Bay beauty enjoys a full staff, air-conditioned bedrooms, and proximity to nearby activities.
Ixoria borders a communal saltwater pool exclusively for Emerald Beach residents and enjoys direct beach access. Gibbs Bay is one of the most tranquil beaches on the island, and it’s crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The villa’s fully furnished gazebo and veranda provides private space to lounge, dine, and relax steps away from the pool. Wrought iron screens allow guests to partially or fully open the interior to the exterior. Everything is outfitted in chic neutrals and whitewashed finishes, from the sunken living room to the formal dining room and kitchen. Ixoria has three air-conditioned bedrooms with private patios, ensuite bathrooms, and ocean views. There’s a master suite and twin suite on the upper level and another twin suite on the ground floor. The master suite has a cable TV, and each suite has lounging furniture and a vanity. A cook, gardener, and housekeeper staff the villa six days a week.
Ixoria sits minutes away from Mullins Beach and Reeds Bay. Golf at the Royal Westmoreland Resort and Apes Hill Club is within a short drive, and Holetown is 10 minutes away.
