Anchorage sits in a sunbathed, lush acre at the western end of the Sandy Lane Estate. The villa is bright, airy, and fully alarmed with 24-hour security.

The large, covered patio overlooks the pool and gardens. Its furnished with lounging furniture and sits steps away from a shaded dining nook. The Grecian-inspired pool sits in the middle of the gardens and stone patio. The property has eighteen different species of palms that provide complete privacy. Olive green shuttered doors lead from the veranda into the formal dining space, which seats 12. A similar set of doors open to the spacious, vaulted living area, which blends mahogany furniture, coral stone, and bamboo. There is also a small media room/office connected to the living area. The spacious, airy kitchen has garden views, expansive countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

All three bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and overlook the sunlit garden. The large master suite is furnished with a king bed and a double basin ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The second and third suites offer twin beds that can be zipped together to make kings. One of these suites has its own ensuite bathroom and the other has a bathroom across the hall. Anchorage is maintained by a permanent housekeeper who will take care of laundry and prepare breakfast and a light lunch. There’s also a gardener who keeps the grounds in immaculate condition.

Sandy Lane Beach is less than five minutes away, and the Old Nine golf course is also nearby. Paynes Bay Beach and water sports rentals are a little further to the south.
