La Palmeraie - Villa 2 offers beachfront luxury in Harbour Island Bahamas. This nine-bedroom villa enjoys stunning ocean views and high-tech amenities.
There’s no shortage of amenities at La Palmeraie. Between the villa’s gym, sauna, steam room, outdoor kitchen, infinity edge pool, and rooftop deck with a Jacuzzi, the exterior alone is decked out for any vacation. The rooftop deck offers a prime sunbathing spot, and al fresco dining is available in several spots around the deck. The sunrises and sunsets are unbelievable, and there are several vantage points to make the most of the view. Complimentary beach chair set up is available every day.
La Palmeraie’s home theater offers Netflix streaming, a projector screen, and two rows of plush, reclining theater seats. The game room has arcade games and foosball, and a SONOS system runs throughout the villa. The villa offers not one, but two indoor kitchens with reverse osmosis water filtration systems and stainless steel appliances. The expansive living room features several plush sofas and a flatscreen TV. Walls of windows draw the sky and sea into every inch of the living room, and the adjacent dining room is located conveniently on the other side of the outdoor dining set.
The nine bedrooms are spread across two stories and a separate apartment. On the second floor, there are two king suites and the master. The master suite features a gorgeous ocean view, a private balcony, a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an elegant ensuite bathroom. The bathroom’s dual vanity, huge soaking tub, and walk-in shower with a rain head feature are the ultimate in comfort. The second king suite features exterior access from the villa balcony, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third suite features a private balcony, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first floor holds four king suites with flatscreen TVs, terrace access, exterior access, and ensuite bathrooms. The last two suites are in their own apartment and share a bathroom. Each of these suites has a queen bed and exterior access. One has a flatscreen TV.
La Palmeraie - Villa 2 is only minutes from Pink Sands Beach, the marina, the grocery store, and restaurants. Daily housekeeping is included.
