La Palmeraie is an oceanfront villa on Harbour Island. It sits on a pink sand beach amidst lush vegetation.
La Palmeraie has direct beach access via a short set of stairs. On the beach, there’s loungers, a private cabana, a mini fridge, three hammocks, and an outdoor shower. A nearby oceanfront tiki hut shades a dining table for 6, which can be expanded to dining for 18. The villa also has its own extra-long lap pool that is heated and surrounded by a sun deck with loungers, umbrellas, and swinging chairs.
The living room overlooks the ocean and opens to the patio. It features two sitting areas, a flatscreen TV, a fireplace, and a full size bar. The dining table seats 14, and the entire space is open and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with handless custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large island, a baker’s wall oven, double sub-zero refrigerators, more dining space, and a breakfast bar. La Palmeraie’s nine bedrooms are spread out between three floors, and each has access to a private bathroom. Two bedrooms are in a separate apartment with its own living room, dining space, and kitchen. Six main house bedrooms have exterior access.
