With space for entertaining up to eighty people, a large pool, and a game room, The Carib House is ideal for your destination wedding or family reunion. There’s a separate cottage on either side of the main house, so everyone in your party has their own space.

Carib House is a colonial-style villa rental on the south coast of Antigua, with views of Falmouth Harbor and the Caribbean Sea. The property can host 20-80 people for events or special occasions, yet still feels warm and relaxing.
This property is painted bright yellow with a deep blue trim, and has wooden shutters, Italian terra cotta, and limestone floors. To best enjoy the island breeze, hop in the pool, perch on the floating island, or stretch out in the shallow paddling area. The pool is surrounded by a 2000 sq. ft. natural stone patio with sun loungers and a hammock. Stay outside at mealtime by grilling fresh fish in the outdoor kitchen’s built-in charcoal BBQ or large four-burner BBQ. Grab a drink from the wet bar and lounge in the gazebo’s 500 sq. ft. sitting area, with two large Indonesian bamboo sofas, wrought iron armchairs, hammocks, and a glass-topped dining table for six.
Inside the main house, guests can cook in the open kitchen on polished mahogany work surfaces and a center island with inset four burner. The adjoining laundry room has two full size refrigerator/freezer units and a washing machine. The kitchen blends with the entertainment room, which has a pool table that can be covered to form a ping pong table or a dining table for 16. The house’s hi-fi system has radio, Bluetooth and iPod connectivity, Apple TV, and connectors for USB. For more entertainment, there’s satellite TV in the main living area and WiFi throughout the vacation rental. With five generous, screened bedrooms, Carib House can accommodate a family vacation or friends traveling together. The spacious master bedroom has double doors that lead to a private balcony. The king-sized oak bed, ensuite bathroom, and dressing room create a total retreat. The adjacent bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king-sized bed, and shares a bathroom with another identical bedroom next to it.
A stone path and steps lead from the main house to the guest cottage. It’s fully screened, and the bedroom has a wrought iron king-sized four poster bed. The ensuite bathroom and dressing room are spacious, and the wraparound veranda has comfortable chairs. On the other side of the main house, another stone staircase leads down to the garden apartment. It has a covered sitting room and dining area that leads into the bedroom. A wrought iron queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen round out the space. It enjoys views over Falmouth Harbour and the Caribbean Sea.
The villa is near the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only five minutes off the main road. The nearest beach is only a two minute stroll away and there are boating marinas available within ten minutes.
