Songbird Villa is a 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom home located less than a minute’s drive to the sands of Rendezvous Bay, one of the island’s premier beaches.
The villa has a large poolside terrace with sweeping views over the natural pond (great for bird watchers and no, there are not more mosquitoes here) to the Caribbean Sea. The infinity edge pool is the villa’s centerpiece, and it’s surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. There’s also an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and umbrellas so you can relax in style.
Entering the living area you notice the large glass sliding doors merging the the outdoors with the indoors. The living area is filled with natural light and has been designed with an eye for detail, with everything from the sleek furniture to the perfect blend of colors to create a cozy atmosphere. Outfitted with a Sonos Sound System and smart TV, this is the ideal place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for 4, and a dining table.
The bedding has been thoughtfully planned out to provide the guests with privacy. The King master suite is located on the upper level of the East Wing and offers its own private balcony and ensuite shower with natural stone tiles, and captures magnificent views of the sea. On the lower level is the second king bedroom offering a private balcony, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom. The West Wing hosts two twin guest bedrooms with ensuites. Both of these bedrooms can be converted to kings upon request. All the bedrooms feature ocean views and TV’s.
