A picture-perfect swimming pool rests in the center of the lounging deck, where guests can sunbathe and dine al fresco. There’s no better place to enjoy a cup of coffee with a view than the veranda’s cushioned armchairs and ottomans. The beachside lawn features outdoor games, and a brick path leads to the villa’s personal beach. Floor to ceiling windows draw the view into Pelican Bay’s crisp white interiors, and chic neutrals color the furniture and decor. An open floor plan includes the living room’s entertainment system, a lounge, a formal dining area, and the gourmet kitchen’s breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Every space enjoys exterior access, including the three main house suites. Each of these suites has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the guest house, find more privacy in the upper-level king suite and entertainment in the ground-floor game room.
