Newly built on Sandy Hill with a beautiful, modern design, Crystal Sunrise Villa is a great stay for up to 10 guests. Its four bedrooms provide excellent views of St. Maarten, but the multiple terraces, balconies, and decks are what give you the best scenery. Guests also receive daily maid service; all you have to do is kick back and relax.

Crystal Sunrise Villa is a fully air-conditioned vacation home on Sandy Hill. This four-bedroom home has gorgeous views of St. Maarten and daily housekeeping.
Crystal Sunrise’s entrance is marked by two fountains and palm trees, and a stone staircase curves above the front door. Sandy Hill Beach is a five-minute walk away, but there’s also a swimming pool at the villa. The pool is on the lower level and features a wading area, bridge, and space to swim laps. On Crystal Sunrise’s lower deck, guests can relax in lounge chairs or dine in the shade. There’s an ocean-facing gazebo that shades dining, a coffee nook, and a living area. Follow the stone staircase up to the roof deck for stargazing, private sunbathing, and watching the sunset. Regal columns wrap around the exterior, and grand staircases lead from deck to deck.
The interior is designed with collapsible glass doors, marbled tile floors, columns, exposed stone, and warm wooden furnishings. On the main floor is a large kitchen, a living room, a guest bedroom, and a powder room. The kitchen features dining for 8, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, and access to the pool and gazebo. The living room has a flatscreen TV, ample seating, and terrace access. This floor also has a game room complete with a pool table.
There are four bedrooms that provide excellent views of St. Maarten. The ground level suite has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the upper level suites. The large master suite has a king bed, flatscreen TV, beautiful wood floors, and ocean views. Its bathroom is oversized with a bidet, toilet, jetted tub, multi-function shower system, and twin vanities. There are also two guest rooms with king beds, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. For a nanny or child, there’s a sitting room with a sleeper sofa.
Crystal Sunrise is close to Sandy Hill Beach and Dropsey Bay. Several churches, the Heritage Museum, and restaurants are within a 10-minute drive.
