To keep the little ones safe, there’s a pool fence and portable baby gates. For adults, there’s fitness equipment, daily housekeeping, and an oceanfront gazebo. The 10,000-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a Great Room, a media room, and an infinity pool. At Sand Castle, everybody’s happy.

Sand Castle Villa is a beachfront 10,000 sq. ft. villa on the North Shore of Anguilla with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. Tuscan-inspired columns, arches, and design gives the home a sense of warm grandeur.
This villa has a gorgeous infinity pool surrounded by a marbled patio. A BBQ gazebo sits at the head of the pool, and it’s breakfast bar gives guests a place to enjoy refreshments after spending the day swimming. Loungers sit on the opposite side of the pool and a columned veranda sits opposite the ocean view. Sliding glass doors open from the veranda into the living room. The veranda also has a round dining table near the gazebo. There’s also a playground with a swing set, hammock, slide, and climbing wall for tiny travelers. A staircase leads down to the garden and beach gate, so guests can access the white sand and turquoise sea with ease.
The living room has vaulted ceilings, a bright chandelier, and travertine tile floors. Guests can relax in the armchairs and sofas, watch movies on the flatscreen TV, or play piano in the corner. There’s even a cozy bar for drinks or snacks. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wine fridges, coffeemakers, and a breakfast bar. There’s also a dining table for 8 and pool deck access. The Media Room is just off the Great Room and has a computer area, two twin daybeds, an entertainment system, and gaming systems. Sand Castle’s gym is fully equipped with cardio machines, a BowFlex, dumbbells, and more.
On the first level, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, terrace access, flatscreen TVs, and ocean views. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins that can be made up as a king. On the second level, there’s a large Master Suite with a lounge area, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony. The lounge has a huge sectional and flatscreen TV, and the ensuite bathroom has a bathtub and private outdoor shower. There’s also a junior king suite on this level with an ensuite bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the sea and a double king bedroom suite. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has ceilings fans.
Sand Castle is maintained by a housekeeper, manager, and gardener. Restaurants and beaches are at guests’ fingertips, since Crocus Bay and Sandy Ground are a short drive away.
