This is a fantastic property for large families or groups that are working within a budget. There is plenty of space in this six/seven bedroom home for all to spread out. Several of the rooms have doors that open up to a spectacular ocean view. There are many living and dining areas throughout the house to provide ample space to enjoy time together on your vacation. The screened porch is a great place to spend the afternoons reading and relaxing or for a bit more activity, you might want to do some snorkeling. In the front of the property is a beautiful coral reef, so gear up and snorkel out to see some of the islands’ sea life. Located on the north side of the island, this property is quiet and peaceful. Twin Palms villa is designed for the beach lover who wants to step out the back door and onto white sands with a view of gorgeous waters everyday of their vacation.

Twin Palms Villa is directly oceanfront in the Rum Point district and enjoys a sandy beach and protective coral reef with excellent snorkeling. No neighbors on either side ensure guest privacy.
This deceptively large 6,500 sq ft (single story) home was built specifically for entertaining larger families, offers stunning glass-wall views and has a great open architectural feel. Unique features include 100’ oceanfront verandah, (4) Kayaks and lots of tech-toys. Verandah offers an exterior half-bath so that guests need not walk inside as often with sand on their feet.
The main house is 6BR/4.5 BA (sleeps 12) and offers an optional King Suite/Studio (sleeps 2) with private bath & full kitchen for nannies, pilots, grandparents, etc. for a very fair surcharge. The studio is accessible form the exterior as well as through the laundry room.
Twin Palms offers a very large kitchen with breakfast bar, media room, game room and multiple dining areas, full-width oceanfront verandah and extra TV s throughout. The house uses a SONOS speaker system and also has Apple TVs and an Xbox Game System in the media center. The main living area and media room each offer multiple reclining seat choices for watching sports, movies or gaming.
