We just returned from our 1st visit to Turks & Caicos and stayed at The Tuscany. I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was. The units are incredibly well maintained & EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! You cannot beat the views and proximity to the beach. There were several times where we were only ones on our stretch of beach in front of the property. Everyone at the property was willing to go above & beyond to help with anything we needed during our stay. Having the beach bar next door was extremely convenient! I cannot recommend this property enough!

Where to stay was great. The only thing I would recommend is letting the client know when provisions are closing. We were able to get our groceries ordered even after the closing date but might have done a bit more of a list had we known details of cost up front & when the list was due.

All recommendations were great.

Tuscany is the ideal location to stay on Grace Bay Beach. Perfect combination of seclusion and “in-the-mix” . Our wonderful “welcoming committee” met us at arrival.

They were able to schedule all of our activities: snorkeling, para-sail, day cruise,
dinner reservations, golf (right across the street). The villa said they were busy and
full, but we hardly saw another soul the entire week. It was like we had a private hotel,
beach and pool all to ourselves. Went to the grocery store and stocked the kitchen for the week. Daily cleaning service was exceptional. Everything 5 star.

Andrew and Sharon handled everything and answered all of our questions
before we even had a chance to ask. Including the required paperwork for
Covid testing and insurance, car rental and negotiating a great price for our ocean-front villa. Great website with recommended restaurants and activities. Will definitely use WHERETOSTAY for our next visit to Provo.

Another Great Vacation at the Tuscany

This villa is perfect for us! We spent 1 week with friends and a second week with children and grandchildren. The resort is quiet on a wonderful stretch of Grace Beach, but it is so close to everything one might want to do. Restaurants and watersports are just next door. The villas are beautiful and the staff is wonderful and attentive. Shawnee Mae was great again! We will be back next year!

Great! He responded to all e-mails promptly and took care of all our requests.

Wonderful Villa

I knew that our villa at the Tuscany was going to be beautiful from the property page… but the pictures didn’t do it justice! It was gorgeous, inside and out. The views were amazing, even from our first floor unit. Housekeeping was wonderful and kept us stocked with fresh towels, made our beds, and cleaned the kitchen every day. We can’t wait to come back to the Tuscany!

Andrew was awesome. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly.

Amazing In All Ways

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this villa and its location. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could easily prepare meals. The screened porch overlooking the ocean was amazing. The beach was clean and uncrowded, as was the pool. There were always beach chairs and towels. The staff was always friendly. Shawnemae was amazing. She recommended excursions and made reservations, always with warmth and a smile. The resort itself was quiet, but there was a nice beach bar and restaurant next store.

We will be back!

Andrew was also a pleasure to work with. He had stayed at the resort, so he was able to describe it and its location with accuracy. He helpfully provided lots of extra information about restaurants and things to do, and arranged a portacrib for us. His replies were always timely, and his information was accurate.

Top Notch Tuscany

We booked the Tuscany through Andrew’s recommendation. Once again, he didn’t let us down. The Tuscany was well appointed, spacious and our fifth floor unit offered breath taking views. The grounds at the Tuscany were immaculate and beautiful. It was nice to just walk down to the beach and have chairs and umbrellas set up for our use. They also provided a cooler of iced water bottles beachside for guests. Despite the condo not having any restaurant facilities, the adjacent property was a one minute walk to dine beachside, plus their servers offered menus and drinks for those of us wanting to have a snack while sitting on the beach. Great service.
The Tuscany staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The daily cleaning ladies were delightful and very thorough. They accommodated every little request without hesitation…extra beach towels, extra coffee, etc.
The tennis court was in good shape and they had extra racquets and tennis balls, if needed. But, if you are used to a higher quality racquet, I’d suggest you bring your own.
We would definitely stay at the Tuscany again. The location on Grace Bay is ideal. Thanks Andrew!!!

We have used Andrew many times and he has always given us great recommendations for lodging and dining. He is spot on when it comes to the details which is why we continue to use his services. Andrew is very quick to respond to emails and calls…even after hours which is very much appreciated. Plus, he’s a delight to work with.

We were part of two couples here for a week, primarily for relaxation but to also for my wife and I to renew our wedding vows. Our experience at Tuscany was awesome.

The premises and condo were the best. We started in 502 for the view, but the next day we requested to be on the ground floor for ease of access to the beach. The staff accommodated us without question.  The grounds and staff were impeccable, as were the water and beach.

The grocery store, about five minutes away, had everything we needed. We never had to go into town to the “big” store.  We obtained top notch food, all liquor and other goods there.

The Provo Golf course was great, if of interest, and right across the street from Tuscany.

We will be going back, likely next year!

My family and I spent seven spectacular days at the Tuscany over the 2010/11 Christmas and New Year holidays. The accommodations and location of the Tuscany were better than what we anticipated. 

The service of the staff was great. We felt like part of the the Tuscany family. The team assisted with all our needs, dining recommendations, and activities.

This whole holiday started off with the help and support of Andrew from Wheretostay.com. His guidance, research and recommendations led us to choose this destination, accommodations, and dining options.  My gratitude to Andrew and his team!

My sons and my sister told me this was the best holiday they have had since they were young. We will be back!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had a great time at the Tuscany. The location on Grace Bay is absolutely fantastic. The beach is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The surf was not too strong for our small children (9, 7, & 4). There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The condo was very well decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked in a few nights, and even used the outside grills at the Tuscany. We recommend getting a rental car to get around the island. We will definitely be going back to the Tuscany.

If you like a relaxing atmosphere, spectacular beaches, beautiful accommodations and extremely friendly staff—this is the place. There were no crowds! 

Don’t hesitate to ask the property manager for recommendations. She is a true gem! 

The beach was beautiful with tranquil water and soft sand. There was a convenient snack bar located next door (the food was good), and there were grocery stores nearby. 

Rent a vehicle if you like to explore. The snorkeling boat trip was excellent, but the manager recommended nearby beaches where snorkeling was great right off shore. 

Overall, the restaurant dining was not the greatest.  Save your money and eat in. The property offers convenient and clean gas grills.

The weather was overall sunny with a couple of slightly overcast days. We had an absolutely lovely time!

My daughter and I were lucky enough to travel to the Turks & Caicos and stay at The Tuscany. It was a beautiful resort, located right on the beach. 

The rooms were stylish, very clean, and had all the needed amenities, including a cellphone. Our room opened right onto the beach, which made sitting on the lanai wonderful both in the morning and at night.

The pool was very nice, so we went back and forth between there and the beach.

The staff was fantastic, and they made our stay delightful.

We rented a car and were able to go to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and other areas of the island quite easily.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this fantastic property.

This resort was the most spectacular place we have ever stayed.  The crystal clear water was amazing. We snorkeled right off the beach and found tons of shells. 

The three bedroom condo was professionally furnished and accommodated all of our needs, and the view was simply breathtaking. 

We are looking forward to returning in July 2007.

Amazing Blue Water

Turks and Caicos was a delight. We stayed in a condo arranged by WhereToStay. It was easy and a reliable source. Andrew is a dream to work with. We were greeted by two friendly managers at the Tuscany as well. Things continued to be great from there. We had good maps and snorkeled daily. Dinners were a bit pricey but that is to be expected in the islands. The Tuscany had a grill and we cooked dinner after a fun fishing expedition. The view from the room was priceless. Daily sunsets added to the experience. The Tuscany is at the end of the beach so it stayed quiet the whole week. Bring lots of BOOKS. I would highly recommend the island and the Tuscany. The condo was beautiful, clean and well kept. Thanks. The Neshek’s and Ashlie.
