Grace Haven Villa is a tranquil, private villa in Leeward’s Pintail Close neighborhood. This villa enjoys the security of a gated community and convenience to Pelican Beach.
Turquoise waters fill the villa’s lap pool, and loungers furnish the surrounding deck. Guests can sunbathe by the pool or relax on the cushioned sofas in the outdoor lounge. Beneath the veranda, there is an al fresco dining set and sliding doors that open to the living area. Grace Haven’s elegant exterior also offers an outdoor shower and a BBQ grill. Inside, vibrant cerulean blues blend with sleek whites to create a modern, refined interior. The living area features plush furnishings and a flatscreen fiber cable TV, while the adjacent dining area seats six guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The villa also has a full laundry room and a work station. Each of Grace Haven’s bedrooms has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a flatscreen TV, and air-conditioning. The master suite also has black out curtains for ultimate relaxation.
Grace Haven is a short walk from Grace Bay Beach and Pelican Beach. Restaurants and marine excursions are within a quick drive in either direction.
