Emerald Pavilion is the place to stay for a luxurious, beachfront vacation. This villa was designed by Paul Duesing Partners to resemble a “personal resort,” and it’s elegant, modern finishes amplify the gorgeous Caribbean setting. A full staff ensures each guest is totally pampered, and the gourmet chef prepares three meals a day. The villa sits at the northeastern tip of Grace Bay near Leeward, so guests can easily reach water sports, restaurants, excursions, and local shops.

Emerald Pavilion perches on the northeastern tip of Grace Bay Beach, near the Leeward Marina. This fully staffed villa offers modern technology, endless amenities, and a prime location between tranquility and activity.
This seven-bedroom estate sits on an acre of prime Grace Bay beachfront steps away from the turquoise sea and powder-soft sand. Palm trees, loungers, and umbrellas are placed throughout the beach. The expansive sundeck borders the beach and surrounds the 4,200 sq. ft. swimming pool’s submerged loungers and wading area. An al fresco dining pavilion sits to one side, and an outdoor living area sits on the other. The poolside gazebo provides a romantic setting for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Daybeds rest near the pool, and the expansive terrace shades several dining and lounge areas. Steps lead down to a sunken fire pit and hot tub deck at the sand’s edge. Emerald Pavilion’s well-equipped gym features a Peloton bike, StairMaster, treadmill, functional fitness equipment and weights. A 30’ dock with lift and storage is conveniently situated on the canal across from the property.
The front door opens to bright, expansive interiors with high ceilings and tall sliding glass doors. Crisp white decor and walls of glass amplify the Caribbean-blue sky, turquoise sea, and radiant sunshine. Spanning over 8,000 square feet, the open-concept interior stretches across two levels. The main level features a large, air-conditioned Great Room incorporating the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living and dining rooms open to the veranda and ocean views, while the kitchen sink faces a large, sunlit window. The kitchen is fully outfitted with countertop dining, sleek built-in appliances, and a wet bar. Emerald Pavilion also enjoys a plush home theatre with oversized sofas and full blackout capability. Emerald Pavilion is attended to by a butler, a gardener, a housekeeper, pool maintenance, and a gourmet chef who prepares three meals a day. The staff dwells in a cottage on-site.
Each of Emerald Pavilion’s main house bedrooms enjoys air conditioning, blackout curtains, an ensuite bathroom, an AppleTV, and a walk-in shower. On the main level, there are two bedrooms. One has exterior access, a sound system, ocean views, and two twin beds that can be converted into a king. The second suite is perfect for families or teenagers, and features a bunk bed and a king bed. A floating staircase of reclaimed, bleached, Burmese teak leads to the upper level’s king suite and two master suites. The West and East suites open to private terraces with ocean views and have ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs, walk-in showers, and outdoor showers. The remaining two bedrooms are located in the Guest House. Both king bedrooms have ensuites.
Emerald Pavilion sits a short drive from Leeward Marina’s water sports and boat excursions. Grace Bay’s restaurants, activities, and shops are within easy reach, as well. Emerald Pavilion guests also have access to exclusive holistic retreats combining plant-based food and juice therapy with yoga, breath practice, and meditation.
