This was our second trip to St. Lucia. We came on our honeymoon and this time brought our children for our 20th anniversary trip. We couldn’t have been happier with our lodging experience. The villa is located in Cap Estate on the northernmost part of the island. It can be a haul from UVF but we’ve stayed there before so we knew what to expect in regards to the location, traffic, quality of roads, etc. Be prepared to traverse potholes and narrow/steep gravel roads to get there… but the payoff is more than worth it! The house itself is quite spacious with amazing outdoor space. There’s AC in the bedrooms which made them quite comfortable at night. It is open to nature so you’ll see birds, lizards, and bugs in the house… but that’s the nature of visiting a tropical island and you’ll find the same thing at the finest resorts. Sherma, the housekeeper is amazing. She had a full meal prepared for us upon arrival and cooked us breakfast and/or lunch 4-5 times. She’s there 6 days a week but keeps to herself unless you want to engage her in delightful conversation. Margaurite was also extremely helpful as a concierge. She walked us through setting up a vow renewal at Pigeon Island and even ordered and delivered fresh flowers for our daughter’s hair for the day of the ceremony! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to enjoy the beaches at the BodyHoliday, Smugglers Cove, and Pigeon Island and Cas en Bas in particular. There are numerous restaurants that are a 10-15 min drive away and you’re less than 30 min from Castries. Soufriere is about 1:45 if you take the Western road and UVF is about 1:30 vs. the Eastern road. We were so sad to leave and highly recommend this villa for anyone who wants the space and privacy of 3 large bedrooms with King beds. The process with WhereToStay was also seamless and they had everything taken care of ahead of our trip. Highly recommend and will certainly look to work with them again in the future.

A Wonderful Week At Cadasse

Cadasse Villa, St. Lucia villa review

Our family of four stayed at Cadasse Villa in January. The villa was lovely - spacious, well-maintained, comfortable and had a fabulous view of the countryside, the Carribean and the Atlantic ocean. We enjoyed the covered patio and pool area in the mornings and late afternoons at cocktail time. The four of us felt safe and secure with the Villa alarm system and in the gated community of Cap Maison,.

Sharma, our cook and housekeeper, was a treasure! On our first morning, she went grocery shopping with us - giving valuable suggestions on choosing local produce and other items to use in preparing some of her favorite local Carribean recipes. The breakfasts and dinners she prepared were delicious. We were sad to say goodbye
to Sharma and her helpful nephew and gardener, Brian, who kept the pool, patios and gardens clean.

Thank you, Andrew, for your help! From my first phone call to you, I received wonderful guidance in choosing the perfect area and villa. You provided valuable guidance in planning our excursions, making a decision on transportation from the airport and choosing our Jimney vehicle. The feedback we got from “Marquerite” ( who was also very helpful) was that “Andrew” was always communicating with their office and ready
to give his customers the correct information.

Stay at Cadasse Villa and you will see Paradise

Cadasse Villa is a beautiful villa with views of both the Atlantic ocean and Caribbean Sea. If you want to wake up above the clouds to watch the sun rise this is the place to stay. The villa is very spacious with every bedroom having it’s own balcony with breathtaking views. The staff is amazing! Sherma takes care of the villa as well as cooking your meals, which I promise you will not be disappointed. (Breakfast served on the deck watching the morning sun is something I will never be able to forget and will always cherish) The private pool I found to be best in the morning around 10am. The home is nicely decorated. If you want are planning a visit to St. Lucia this is the place to stay. It was very hard for us to leave as we felt like we were home the minute we arrive. I am hoping to go back next year and would absolutely stay at Cadasse Villa my Caribbean Villa in Paradise.

Villa Cadasse - an amazing experience

Not sure where to start as we had the most amazing holiday staying at Villa Cadasse. The villa is just as described but the views are better!! Sherma, the cook/maid, was delightful and her breakfasts are missed. She did also prepare 2 dinners for us which were both delicious. The villa is well located for everything one needs (assuming you have a car) and we loved eating at the Naked Fisherman restaurant, part of Cap Maison. All in all superb and cannot find fault.

Andrew had been amazing to work with planning this special holiday- he was wonderfully patient with the time zones and answered all my questions quickly and precisely and could not have organised the whole trip better - a huge thank you!!

Cadasse Villa, St. Lucia villa review

I’ve had the opportunity to visit and stay at a few villas in St. Lucia during jazz over the years. This trip was a ladies’ only adventure, and we were initially a bit concerned. However, we were immediately put at ease by the staff.

Our stay at Cadasse was absolutely wonderful. The view was spectacular.  The staff, Sherma and Brian, were there to assist whenever we needed. They were both extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. 

The villa was very well maintained, and the food prepared was awesome. Sherma is a fantastic cook. On our last evening there, we had a barbeque, and the staff was great with assisting us to make it a huge success. Brian even helped set up the grill and watched the meat.

I plan to visit this villa again. If for no other reason than to see Sherma and Brian.

Please note that this villa is pretty high in the hills, and the roads are not paved the final stint.  Regardless - once there, it is well worth the bumpy ride. 

Andrew is awesome, as always. His recommendation of this villa was right on point. He understood exactly what we were looking for. He’s very patient (dealing with seven women is not easy at times) and understood our concerns. He fulfilled all of our requests - which was was much appreciated. I have worked with Andrew in the past, and will continue to do so.

It was so worth it - best value!

I just got back from St. Lucia and my stay in Villa Cadasse was more than I expected. I went with a group of friends.

The layout of the villa was perfect. The views were unbelievable! Without a doubt, that the best thing.

Sherma and Cecilia were the best, too. They prepared breakfast and had dinner in the fridge wrapped up for us on days when we left the villa early.

The villa had everything, including beach towels!

I would like to say that I also truly appreciated the help of Andrew from Wheretostay.com. His knowledge about the island was on point.

We stayed here from January 29 to February 6, 2010. The villa was just lovely. It was very comfortable and roomy for a group. There was plenty of space, and the staff was great. 

The views were incredible. Also, the location to Rodney Bay, beaches, shopping, and the marina made it very handy.

Fantastic Setting and Great Staff

A beautiful villa in a beautiful setting. We loved the wide open views, relaxing around the lovely pool and deck areas, and waking to views of the sea and surrounding hillsides. Our housekeeper kept everything clean and tidy each day, happily made breakfast whenever we asked, and provided our ‘welcome meal’ to help ease our arrival - a real treat! Everything was very well organized to make our stay most enjoyable.

It was easy to find our way around the area - there were a few nice beaches, good restaurants, and interesting sights such as Pigeon Island within a very short drive of the villa. There was more to see and do - but we didn’t overschedule things as it was just as fun enjoying ‘down time’ at the villa!

The WhereToStay group was great, and helped on every detail and all questions, right up to the day of our arrival. On-site staff was also great, helpful with directing us to resources, services and anything we needed.

Gorgeous house and views, not suitable for young children

The villa was incredibly comfortable with three large bedrooms that each had an ensuite bathroom, which was very nice for additional privacy. We loved that the bedrooms had air-conditioning, which we used at night. Our housekeeper, Sherma, provided fresh sheets and towels frequently for us and also prepared a delicious breakfast and lunch for us each day. She swept up in each room every day and threw out the trash in the bathrooms, so it was just like being at a hotel. She was very helpful, and purchased fresh fish then grilled it for us.

We loved having multiple areas to sit, to either have meals or read and lounge. The TV area was great too, so we could watch a program if we wanted to stop admiring the beauty around us. We have two young girls, 3 years and 1.5 years old, and there were many lovely decorations that we had to immediately put away as well as cutlery and glassware from the kitchen as they were in low places and therefore, easy to reach.

Andrew was fantastic and always responded very quickly to any inquiry or email I had throughout the entire process.

perfect spot to chill

My daughter,husband and I just returned from Villa Cadasse. We had a great,relaxing time. Mornings spent viewing the mountains and sitting at the pool. A short drive to many beautiful beach. We saw most of the island and it is very unique.
The St Lucian people are friendly and trustworthy. we enjoyed having Sherma around.She was very pleasant and shared a lot of island history. The road to the villa is very rough but no problem. Thanks Andrew for a great suggestion.

The Cadasse Villa was a wonderful place for our visit to St. Lucia.  We had a fantastic time and loved the breathtaking views we got every day from the veranda. 

Sherma was awesome, and made us feel at home. Brian was great as well. 

We wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our visits to St. Lucia.
