Avalon Villa is a fully air-conditioned beachfront villa built with luxury in mind. A wrought iron fence opens to a bubbling fountain that leads to the villa’s opulent entrance.

Avalon’s travertine marble pool deck and patio gives way to an infinity-edge pool with a mini waterfall, a poolside gazebo with BBQ, and a swim-up wet bar. A marble bridge crosses over the pool, and palm trees dot the deck. There are tons of loungers to sunbathe in, and plenty of shade under the gazebo. Sea green marbled counters form a breakfast bar, and a ceiling fan hangs overhead. There’s also a dining table under the peaked veranda on the other side of the pool. Beyond the deck, there’s a lounging patio enveloped by lush foliage. A wooden bridge curves over the sand and leads from Avalon to the sea. Inside, the family room has a 50” plasma TV with satellite, a DVD player, and Home Theater surround sound. The gourmet kitchen sits next to the dining area, and has a breakfast bar as well. The kitchen is equipped with top of the range stainless steel appliances, a granite-topped central island, a wine cooler, overhead vent, and a coffeemaker. There are four large, air-conditioned bedrooms in Avalon, and each has an ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are finished with travertine, granite, and marble. Each bedroom comes furnished with a TV, DVD player, and lots of closet space. The Master Suite is in its own separate pod, and has a four-poster king bed, a dressing room with double vanities, a wall of mirrors, and a large walk-in closet. The private bathroom includes a roll-top tub and an outdoor shower complete with double shower heads and a glass block for privacy. The other three bedrooms are in the Main House. Two have king beds and one has two double beds.

The design of Avalon Villa is suitable for families with teenage children or couples traveling together. It’s a short swim from Smith’s Reef, which is one of the best snorkeling spots in Turks.  A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.

Turtle Cove Marina is minutes away, and has several water sports and excursions for guests to get a true taste of the island.
